Chris Sokol-White, founder of Summit Health and Fitness in Santa Fe, enthusiastically approaches fitness from an overall health and wellness perspective.  With more than a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, Chris has the expertise and motivational skills you need to help reach your goals.

 

Chris discovered his passion for health and fitness while obtaining his degree at the University of North Texas and he’s been hooked ever since!  Over the years, Chris has worked with a very diverse clientele, including all age groups and fitness levels.  He firmly believes that fitness is progressive and not a “one size fits all” process.  His unique and personalized approach to wellness has consistently earned Chris a top ranking amongst Houston’s trainers. 

 

This tailored and flexible approach has helped Chris enhance the lives of countless people with a wide variety of fitness goals.  From strength training and weight loss, to individuals living with chronic conditions (joint problems, arthritis, frozen shoulder, Fibromyalgia, cancer, HIV, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis just to name a few) – Chris is always ready to partner with his clients to reach their goals.  Chris never shies away from a challenge and believes that every client’s unique abilities can be harnessed to enhance their lives and achieve their dreams.  And, the results speak for themselves.

Not only is Chris a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Wellness Coach through The Cooper Institute, he is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Performance Enhancement Specialist, also through NASM.  In addition, Chris is a Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics and obtained his Bachelor in Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
