Chris discovered his passion for health and fitness while obtaining his degree at the University of North Texas and he’s been hooked ever since! Over the years, Chris has worked with a very diverse clientele, including all age groups and fitness levels. He firmly believes that fitness is progressive and not a “one size fits all” process. Not only is Chris a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Wellness Coach through The Cooper Institute, he is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Performance Enhancement Specialist, also through NASM. In addition, Chris is a Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics and obtained his Bachelor in Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
